RUN3D - Competition Terms & Conditions

By participating in the competition you agree to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by ACE Orthotics LTD.

The competition opens on the 2^nd of April 2025 and is open to entrants over 18 years of age. It will close on the 9^th May 2025. ACE Orthotics LTD employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive the prize.

There is a limit of one entry per person and the competition is completely free to enter. The winning prize will be a Gold Run 3D assessment.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require us to do so.

ACE Orthotics LTD’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The winner will be chosen on the 16^th of May 2025 at random, and notified via the email address provided. ACE Orthotics LTD will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.

If the winner doesn’t respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize and ACE Orthotics LTD reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

You agree that any personal information provided on entering the competition will be used by ACE Orthotics LTD for the purposes of administering the competition and notifications of other marketing or promotions. ACE Orthotics LTD will not pass on your details to any 3^rd party.

The winner agrees to release of their first name as part of the announcement on ACE Orthotics LTD social media channels.

ACE Orthotics LTD accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participation in the competition or being selected for the prize.

ACE Orthotics LTD reserves the right, at any time and without any prior notice to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
